In addition to our enhanced cleaning protocols, we’re promoting safe social distancing at our offices, tour departure points, and on our vehicles using signage and video messaging.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer is provided to guides, drivers, office staff and our guests at our sales offices, departure points and on board all tour vehicles for your use while travelling.

Face Coverings

In light of the latest recommendations from the Icelandic authorities in regards to reinforced restrictions due to COVID-19, we ask all our guests and staff to ensure their own safety and hygiene. We ask that our guests wear a face mask on board our vehicles, as keeping a 2 metre distance will not be possible at all times. Passengers are required to wear there own face masks but if passenger do not have their own masks, they can purchase one at Gray Line Terminal for 300 ISK.

Our staff regularly disinfects high traffic surface areas in the ticket office and on our vehicles, and sanitizer dispensers can be found in both locations. Hand washing and hand sanitizers are a vital part in protecting yourself against the virus and we ask guests to keep their hands clean at all times.
