the bus was very clean, the trip was save, the schedule was in point, great service
Bad function of website. Impossible to book from terminal to airport without inventing hotel etc. Despite booking without pickup, pickup time was given in second confirmation mail. We called, and was by then informed that the terminal had moved the same day! No information about that on the web or in confirmation. For a departure 5 am.
Booking tickets were easy and instructions on what time to be at the pick up point clear. We were picked up on the dot and everything was OK.
If I will go Iceland, I’ll choose gray line again
