Serving as transport hubs, sales offices and customer service centres, our locations are conveniently situated to assist you on your Iceland holiday.
Gray Line Bus Terminal
The Gray Line Bus Terminal at Skarfagarðar 8 is the main transportation hub for all of our day tours and airport transfers. At this location, visitors can inquire about tours, transfers and activities as well as purchase tickets.
Reykjavik City Centre Sales Office
Located in the heart of Reykjavik at Hafnarstræti 20, our city centre office is ideally situated for visitors to drop in and learn more about our wide selection of sightseeing tours and travel adventures. We are also proud to offer our visitors the chance to embark on a unique journey to some of Iceland’s main attractions through our virtual reality headsets. Our sales agents are passionate about our country and dedicated to making your holiday in Iceland the best it can be.
Keflavik Airport (KEF)
Once you have landed and collected your luggage, a Gray Line staff member awaits you in the arrival hall to welcome you to Iceland and guide you to the airport shuttle that will take you into the city of Reykjavik.
As the heart of our operations, our head office at Klettagarðar 4 supports our administrative functions as well as the maintenance and service of one of our most important assets: our coach fleet. Keeping them clean and in top shape is of the utmost importance to us, ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers.
Pick-up and Drop-off
Due to traffic and vehicle restrictions in the city centre, we offer pick-up and drop-off at a number of conveniently located bus stops for those staying within the centre. For other locations, we provide pick-up and drop-off directly at major hotels and guesthouses. For more information on your pick-up and drop-off details, please consult your hotel staff, check our map/list or contact a Gray Line agent for assistance by email or by phone +354 540-1313.
