On January 15th the Icelandic government announced that the current regulations at the Icelandic borders would remain the same until May 1st, 2021. All passengers are required to show two negative screening tests for COVID19 while staying in a 5-6 day quarantine in between.
These rules apply only to residents and citizens of the EEA, Iceland and Switzerland as the Icelandic borders are closed for all other citizens, see regulation and exceptions here.
